Our Mission
Students of color face an ongoing struggle to keep pace with and achieve the same level of educational success as their peers. With the added challenges of the COVID 19 pandemic, many students are struggling to manage classwork. RE Visions looks to help bridge educational gaps for student of color, while setting them on a path of continued success. Through mentorship and tutoring, we look to provide students with continuing support that can help guarantee they thrive academically. In line with this goal of academic success, we also seek to ensure safe learning environments. To hold schools accountable and to provide guidance with the way racial issues are addressed. Join us as we look to provide safe and productive learning environments for students.
History of RE Visions
RE Visions was founded in July 2020. It started with a simple idea: Provide diverse content to students who did not have access to those materials. Representation and diversity are often overlooked in educational materials and content. Literacy rates for children of color are far behind those of their peers. How can we make an impact in this area.
